A compact and lightweight frameless daypack ideal for day hikes, hydration, and commuting, the Outdoor Backpack 18L has all the comfort and versatility of our larger packs, but with a simplified design and aesthetic that feels at home on or off the trail. Designed to work seamlessly with Peak Design’s wide array of Packing Tools*, which let you dial in your protection and organization for any gearincluding your camera equipment.

Vest-style straps take load off your arms and shoulders and distribute it across more of your body while also providing ideal quick-access storage and Capture Camera Clip* attachment points. Add the optional padded, quick-attaching, hyper-adjustable Hip Belt* for additional support, storage, and Capture* attachment options. This bag is highly abrasion-resistant and functionally weatherproof thanks to it’s Terra Shell 210D ripstop nylon fabric which is 100% recycled, Bluesign approved, and PFAS-free. An optional Rain Fly* provides full waterproof protection.

A huge rear access panel makes packing a breeze and also provides an ideal format for outdoor camera carry using Peak Design Camera Cubes* which securely clip inside the bag. 2 roomy external stretch pockets provide storage for oft-accessed stuff (water bottles, hiking poles, jacket, tripod, etc.) yet always maintain a clean profile, never looking floppy or discheveled. Cord Hook external Carry Cords and elastic Gear Loops provide endless options for strapping things to the outside of your pack, and Cord Rails provide 360-degree attachment points.
