This Mack Warrantycoversserializeddigital cameras, digital camera with lens or lens only, binoculars, camcorder, gimbal, audio equipment, and/or lighting equipment(before rebate or discount). Plans are eligible within 30 days from the date the equipment is purchased.This warranty has to be purchased withthe product intended for coverage.

This Warranty Covers:

• Manufacturer Defects
• Impact Damage
• Sand/Grit Damage
• Accidental and Unintentional Abuse
• Mechanical Malfunctions
• Normal and Abnormal Wear and Tear

This Warranty DoesNOT Cover Equipment Damaged By:

• Fire
• Theft/Stolen
• Lost
• Intentional abuse, misuse or damaged beyond recognition

How To Register:
Glazer’s Camerawill register this service contract for you. Warranty will be registeredwithin one week. Warranty is effective immediatelywithpurchase.

How To Obtain Service:
Visit and log in to your account atwww.mackcam.com, then click on “Arrange for Service”to fill out the claim for repair.

Shipping Your Items:
Package and ship yourequipment directly to Mack.

Terms and Conditions:
The equipment covered by this service contract is guaranteed to operate according to manufacturers specifications for a period of 3 years from the date of purchase. Mack Camera & Video Service, Inc. shall repair, service or replace same to operate properly.
