Support is provided by a limited 3-year repair or replace warranty that excludes the battery, as well as a limited 2-year battery warranty and a limited lifetime $150,000 equipment protection policy. APC SmartConnect makes the Smart-UPS more adaptable and easier to deploy, enabling you to view the status of your UPS through a secure web portal. Through this remote management interface, you’ll receive automatic notifications, firmware updates, and advanced support.
