The Profoto D30 is a versatile monolight designed to meet the needs of professional photographers. Its mains-powered operation and fast recycling time ensure uninterrupted shooting sessions, while the bi-color LED modeling light and 500 Ws flash power provide precise control over lighting conditions. With a flash range of 11 f-stops, the D30 is an adaptable light, fit for every situation, as a main light or to illuminate a sliver of an object. And with three flash modes to choose from – ECO, Boost, and Freeze – photographers can tailor their settings for color consistency, increased equipment lifetime, extra power, and elimination of motion blur.

The D30’s sturdy, lightweight design allows for easy setup and portability, making it the perfect tool for any situation, from morning portraiture to lunchtime fashion and evening product photography. And with its intuitive interface, you can start shooting immediately. The AirX connectivity allows you to have full control directly from the remote on the camera or from the Profoto apps.

Three flash modes:

There are three different flash modes to choose from.

• ECO for when you need consistent color and to extend the life of your gear
  
• Boost for those moments when you need an extra punch
  
• Freeze to eliminate motion blur with the shortest flash duration.

Bi-Color LED Modeling Light:

The bi-color LED modeling light of the D30 provides 35W of power, equal to a conventional bulb. This allows effortless matching to any lighting setup. The light is energy-efficient and has adjustable color temperature and video-quality color rendering, making it versatile for use as a continuous light in various situations where a touch of light is needed. The adjustable color temperature also allows for easy adaptation to the surrounding light.
